The Fearless Vampire Killers (1967)

Wat? Moment — Woman tries to fend off a Jewish vampire with a crucifix, to which he replies: “Oy vey, have you got the wrong vampire.”

 

Passion in the Desert (1997)

Wat? Moment — Not shortly after an uncomfortably intimate scene between a man and a leopard, cut to a goat being milked into a hat.

 

Freak Orlando (1981)

Wat? Moment — Everything. From drag queen disco Jesus to the dalmatian painted little person with matching dog and umbrella. It’s really just a never-ending stream of Wat.

 

Fantaghirò (1991)

Wat? Moment — Actually a series of half a dozen TV movies, so it probably could earn it’s own Top 5 Wat?s, but in the interest of brevity, I’ll pick one out of a hat: In a chase, when Fantaghirò falls in the woods, magically-animated tree branches catch her while simultaneously copping a feel.
